I'm working on a series that has a modest amount of action-movie violence in it, and I admit I ended up a bit confused about which pages to tag NSFW.
Specifically, this intro section: http://tapastic.com/episode/276244
It includes a page of some nameless mooks getting killed with a knife. It's not particularly graphic, but there's blood and bodies. I think of "fantasy violence" as sanitized things like chopping up magical creatures that go "poof" or maybe at the upper limit Star Wars style "blowing up space ships with completely hypothetical pilots or shooting faceless, armored minions with bloodless laser pistols". Star Wars itself was only rated PG, despite killing literally hundreds of millions of people, and dozens of people shot or blown up onscreen, even a guy getting his arm hacked off, but there's almost no blood or emotional impact.
In my case, there's blood, they're people, and this could hypothetically happen in real life, so I tagged it NSFW, but someone actually commented that it didn't qualify, and at least one lengthy thread here all but said that if it isn't horrifically graphic it's not NSFW.
So... am I misinterpreting the intent of the tag, or did I do it right? Does "action movie violence" with some blood but low emotional impact count?
