I've never heard of Ink Blazers but I'll take a look at it.
So far I only host on UzukiComics.com and Tapastic. Why? Because those are the only places that have given me actual results. I've tried SmackJeeves, and I barely got anything there - no views, comments, nothing. Once I joined Tapastic though I found that I was getting a lot of feedback and was immersed into a very friendly community. So I stopped uploading on SmackJeeves because it was just a waste of my time, and I have a strong feeling places like DrunkDuck aren't going to get me very far either. I also don't like splitting my fanbase, and the more places I upload, the more of a nuisance it is every week to upload comics and I don't want it to be a nuisance.
My website is currently down though, and I'm not sure if I want to actually keep it either; it's costing me money to keep it up (not a lot, but a bit) and it's not getting a lot of coverage there either. Tapastic is so far the best place I've used and so it's the #1 place I'm going to stick to just because I'm actually -getting- something out of it. And I haven't paid a cent for it (I might even make something out of it).
And I'm honestly surprised Tapastic isn't riddled with trolls like every other webcomic host. Of course, this is a good thing - a -very- good thing, because then it means I'm not bothered to put up my comic or anything and I know I'm gonna have readers who actually appreciate the strips I put so much work into (and I'm sure there are quite a few other artists here who can agree with that).
