Hey there! Just leaving my two cents on this subject.
So I took a look at your comic, Orfinhood, and yes, you do have 26 episodes as you said, HOWEVER you uploaded them all within 13 days. So yes, you've got over twenty episodes, but that doesn't make a difference if your comic has only been up for a little over a week, and it doesn't account for how long your comic has been around.
I get the issue you're saying though, about not getting at least a New + Noteworthy, but again, as Tapastic staff has pointed out already, they do pay attention to the stats, and a lot of the new series that get highlighted are either a.) one-hit wonders (which is based entirely on luck), b.) new series done by Tapastic creators we've already acquainted ourselves with (ex. Min with Lost in Kind, myself with Time Gate: Reaper, Reon Merryweather who releases a new series every other month lol etc.) or c.) people migrating their comic from one website like Inkblazers to Tapastic, to which they already had a bit of a fanbase to begin with that could have taken years (or merely a few weeks) to build and so that's just their fanbase moving over here.
Honestly, I wouldn't worry about the New + Noteworthy section. If you like making comics, then continue making comics, and readers will come along at their own pace. Advertise where you can, on and outside of Tapastic (even places like Tumblr/Facebook/reddit/etc.) And if it doesn't end up in New + Noteworthy, then work towards it ending up in Most Comments/Likes/Subscribers/Views or in the Daily Feed. You just have to give it time
