Did some more walking yesterday evening- on the return trip it started to rain on us about a few feet from the house...
Trying to develop some sort of exercise routine, but I really hate it coz I dont feel anything the initial evening/night of the actual activity(other than a slightly tight calf muscle & lower back tightness); I always feel the effects THE NEXT DAY- achy joints/muscles, feel really tired/lethargic, and can't function at the level I need to most of the day.
Just tired of being sore af most of the time...old man issues.
And of course it's near 100% chance of rain today with an overcast so my hurt areas are a little more amplified...I guess I'll be popping some Tylenol in addition to everything else I'm taking(ran out of Aleve- gotta get more) and just try to push through the work day.
