@nessiefynn I've read your comic and my first impression was positive, i didn't lose interest on the way and could easily reach the end, even got intrigued and hoped to see more as i progressed through it!
Let's see, the characters are likable, you've chosen a good way of introducing and bringing them together. I felt it was really interesting how you've chosen to start coloring the pages right when Mildew bumped into the satyr boy, not sure if it was on purpose or by coincidence, but you can always use that to your advantage ^^ I like your style and i like the character designs, also dig the color tones you play with on your pages.
Honestly, i don't know what i could point out as a negative thing, because nothing sparked my eye in particular. Perhaps here , where the character asks "can't you do it yourself?" because the text was a bit low and i hadn't entirely scrolled yet, but his response popped out faster on the right panel. Otherwise i like that you try different angles and the backgrounds are pretty neat. Interesting way of hinting what's going on in the intro panels with all the book titles and little details.
I like the text, the font is legible and funky, always a good thing! There's nothing to complain about dialogue-wise, i do get a feel of the character's personalities reading it, which is good. Text is always an important factor in transmitting information about a character.
I'm not gonna nitpick, as long as the reader doesn't get tangled in something, i think it's all good. Keep up the good work and hope you'll get more people to read your comic! I hope the review isn't too short or unhelpful, i pointed out everything that crossed my mind. ^^
