Mostly I do each frame quite large, normally on A3 acrylic paper. At the moment I start off with pencil, then wash over with acrylic paints or sometimes water colour paints. I then scan them into photoshop, adjust levels if I have to, and then build the pages in Adobe InDesign. I like being able to adjust the composition, and move them around to fit the story in Indesign. I like to think it's a bit like making a movie: I have all this footage and I just need to cut it and sync it with the text. It's time consuming but that's how I decided to work. I don't think I can replicate the real paint look in photoshop, so I do it the old skool way Hope that makes sense! Thanks for asking.
