Do I look at other artists for stuff I like, to figure out how they did it? Yes.
But do I straight-up copy them? No. I try stuff out and experiment - like, maybe I'll try inking with super-thin lines, or maybe I'll try putting some reflected blue light in my shadows - and see what works and what doesn't, and then I incorporate that in my style and do my own spin on it. However, it's not like I think "Alright, let's draw eyes like this artist, and hands like that artist, etc., etc." until I've achieved some kind of Frankenstein's monster of a style.
Also, don't worry about it. Your style is something that is always developing and changing. Look at real life to learn how to draw stuff. Get your sketchbook, go outside, and draw what you see. Draw trees and houses and people and clouds and whatever until you know what they look like. Learn how to draw people by looking at people, not other people's art. Other people's art can help you figure out some technical stuff - like adding lineweight - the most reliable way to learn how to draw something is to look at what it looks like in real life.
... Provided you don't want to draw dragons, of course. XD In which case I recommend you look up photos of alligators, lizards, bats and birds.
