Hmmm, writing-wise it seems like a good start. The main character is introduced early on and it looks like the main conflict is currently being set up. I also like that you didn't start off with a big wall of text explaining the aliens, like I see in a lot of first-time webcomics. It just says 'aliens put all the human behind a fence' and moves on. That's great! I assume the aliens will be explained in small doses throughout the comic in in a more 'Show-not-tell' fashion.
It might just be me, but I'm not a fan of the transparent speech bubbles. I also feel that they need 'tails' on them to tell us who's speaking. I know you've color coded them, but tails makes it even easier to understand. Given the size of the pages, you might actually be able to size the font and word balloons down some.
The art is pretty good. It looks like you've got a style that you're still working on, which is fine. We're all developing our styles. Still, some of the anatomy looks off in some panels, like when the tall woman is giving Paris her assignment, her head and arms look too big for her body. Most of the hands need some extra work put in on them. I'd suggest practicing some more life-drawing. Line-of-action.com is a good resource and there are a lot of youtube videos out there.
It's so great that you're looking to improve your comic and asking questions! That's something a lot of artists don't do, when we all should. Critique helps us see blind spots in our own work. You're doing well right now, don't worry too much. Just practice and keep drawing and you'll see a huge change in your artwork!
I hope some of this helps <3
