@inbox_anime Personally I find it easier to handwrite SFX so I can shape the text just how I want, to make it sharper or softer, straight or wiggly, etc. I try to represent with strokes what the sound feels like so it integrates more naturally in the picture than a patch of text. Plus it's rare to find one font fitting for all possible sounds (though, in Nimona the font used for them does the job pretty well).
If I may add a side-note, I noticed that you included the name of the speaker in nearly each bubble, quite as if it were a script. The idea with comics is that they're comics, not scripts, and so we should easily figure out who's speaking (it's your job as artist to make it clear). If you want to experiment with something purposedly more script-like, maybe you should make it clearer that it's a choice and not something you're doing as a fix because it's unclear who's saying what.
@CyndiFoster That's an interesting ressource xD When it comes to spelling sounds I often go by the feels, lots of fun can be had with this. There's also the "comics" style with verbs instead of sounds that can be amusing sometimes... hehehe...
